Founder and CEO
Ritu Ashar is the Founder and CEO of Ashar Infotech LLC, a FinTech and AI-focused company driven by her passion for education, technology, and finance. With a vision to empower the younger generation, Ritu is leading the creation of innovative FinTech products that help young minds learn and master financial concepts through the use of cutting-edge technology and simulation.
Before founding Ashar Infotech, Ritu co-founded Workfall, where she served as Chief Learning Officer. She played a transformative role in building a thriving coders community across 20+ countries, overseeing onboarding, mentoring, and management of top-tier developers working remotely.
With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Ritu has made significant contributions to process automation, community building, and strategic business execution. Recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Mentoring and Social Impact, she has also earned accolades as an AWS Community Builder and Google Women Techmakers Ambassador. She actively organizes technology events and advocates for inclusivity and empowerment in the tech community.
